The programming tools we have are just like any other, if we do not use them then they will grow blunt.

Just working in an organization is not enough to improve our programming skills. At work, there are always pressures such as time to deliver, tool constraints, etc which do not allow us to explore solutions in different ways perhaps causing us to use sub optimal solutions. To allow our programming skills to grow, we need to work on our tools separately. The above mentioned websites provide a great source of programming problems which will help programmers to upgrade their programming, logical and analytical abilities.
